Our new Infrared Sauna is a great way to Feel Brand Nü, here in Miami Beach!
Less heat than in a traditional sauna, but the infrared light helps to penetrate tissues deeper. Possible benefits of a sauna session include:

- Burns Calories
Who Should Not Use: History of cardiovascular disease, recent/current alcohol or drug use, sensitivity to heat, pregnancy. Individuals with chronic medical issues or age over 70 should also be cautious.
Pricing:
- 30 minute session: $45
- Package of 5 30-minute sessions: $225 ($45/session)
- Package of 10 30-minute sessions: $400 ($40/session)
Please bring your own towel! We also have towels available for purchase for $5. Our sauna is cozy but can fit two people. “Add a friend” for $15

What should I wear?
Wear light, loose-fitting clothing that you are ok getting a bit sweaty.
What should I do while in the Sauna?
The heat in the sauna can be harmful to your phone, so we would recommend leaving it outside the sauna. We have a bluetooth connections so you can connect your phone to listen to music or a podcast. Otherwise, sit back and relax!
Should I shower after?
Yes, we would recommend showering after. Please note we do not have shower facilities on site.
What should I bring with me?
Bring a towel with you to avoid a $5 towel purchase charge. We request you keep the towel under you during the session, and you can use this to dry off during and after as well.
Any recommendations before/after?
If you are planning to do an injection or IV the same day, we would recommend doing this before your IR sauna session. Lots of water before and after!
