  • Be diagnosed by a certified medical marijuana doctor with a qualifying condition, and
  • Be a permanent or temporary resident of Florida.

MIAMI MEDICAL MARIJUANA QUALIFYING CONDITIONS

One thing many have trouble with is figuring out whether their condition qualifies them for medical marijuana treatment in Florida. Florida’s Senate Bill 8A does a good job of laying it out for you though, highlighting the following as qualifying conditions for medical marijuana in Florida:

  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Epilepsy
  • Glaucoma
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Multiple Sclerosis

It goes on further to include the following under the umbrella of qualifying conditions for medical marijuana in Florida:

  • Any other “diagnosable, debilitating conditions of the same like, kind, or class” (such as anxietydepression, or migraines)
  • Terminal conditions that have been diagnosed by a doctor other than your medical marijuana doctor
